We are sick with the service standard of Whirlpool...

I have heard that the companies strive hard to retain and further grow their customer base,whereas here,I am seeing a company,which is hellbent upon losing its customers.I have already decided that in future I am not going to buy any Whirlpool product and have advised my relatives and friends for the same,which they have promptly acted upon.I would be very soon writing an extensive article,on how the customer-though deemed as king,is actually being treated as a beggar by the companies and that they forget that their very existence depends upon the customers.
